14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name other than the courier, receive the goods. If the items of one order arrive separately, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one.

To withdraw, tell us clearly: by letter to Bulgaria. You may use the form below, but you don't have to. You can also withdraw online with Withdraw from contract here; we will then email you straight away an acknowledgement with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time you sent it. You are in time if you send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over.

We will refund everything you paid us, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, by the same means you paid, at no cost to you. If you paid cash on delivery, we will refund to a bank account you give us. We may wait until we have the goods back or proof that you sent them.

Send the goods to Bulgaria within 14 days of withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning them. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to see what they are and how they work.

When there is no right of withdrawal

For goods made to your order or to your individual specifications (for example with your own text, or in a size you asked for), goods that spoil quickly, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).

If an item is faulty

We are liable for any lack of conformity with the contract that appears within two years of delivery. You can ask for a free repair or replacement and, if that is not possible, not done within one month, or the defect is serious, a price reduction or a refund. Write to us: describe the problem and attach a photo and your order confirmation. We will send you the number under which we registered your complaint. We pay the cost of returning a faulty item.
