Delivery and payment

Delivery

We deliver by courier, to an office, a locker or an address, depending on the courier. You see where we deliver, with which couriers and what delivery costs at checkout, before you confirm.

When we ship, we email you the tracking number. Your name, phone, email and address are passed to the courier so it can deliver the parcel.

If the parcel is damaged, ask the courier to write a report and email us.

Payment

All prices and payments are in euro. You see the payment methods at checkout. You enter your card details with the payment provider; we never see them. We charge no fee for card payments.

For every purchase you get a document for the sale. We issue an invoice if you ask for one.
