Who we are

This is the Svetlina Candles shop. Address for letters and complaints: Bulgaria.

Supervisory authorities: the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

How to order

Add items to the cart, enter your details, choose delivery and payment and check your order. Before you send it you see every item and the total including delivery, and you can correct any mistake by going back. You order with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. We email you straight away to confirm the order; that email concludes the contract. We keep the order in the shop and you get a copy by email, together with these terms. The contract is made in English.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include all taxes. You see the delivery charge and the payment methods at checkout, before you confirm. We charge no fee for card payments. When we reduce a price we also show the prior price: the lowest in the last 30 days.

Delivery

We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise. More on the "Delivery and payment" page.

Withdrawal and complaints

You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, except in the cases of article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. We are liable for any lack of conformity with the contract that appears within two years of delivery. How: see the "Withdrawal and returns" page.

Disputes

Please write to us first. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the conciliation commissions of the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg/bg/pomiritelna-komisiya) or to the courts. Bulgarian law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the law of the EU country where you live.

Each order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
