Order with AI

You can also shop with us through your own AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Write to it in plain words, as you would to a shop assistant.

What your AI can do

  • Find products by description and price, and show them to you.
  • Put them in the cart and change the quantities.
  • Choose delivery, also to an Econt or Speedy office or locker, if we offer them.
  • Choose how to pay, for example cash on delivery.
  • Place the order, but only after you confirm it. Or give you a ready link to our checkout, so you can finish yourself.
  • Show your past orders, if you sign in to your account.

What to write

For example:

  • “Find me a gift under €20 and show me three options.”
  • “Put it in the cart and order it with delivery to an Econt office, cash on delivery.”
  • “Give me a checkout link with the products we chose.”

Our shop address for your AI

Give this address to your AI assistant. It is the connection to our shop (an MCP server).

How to connect it

Claude (website, desktop and phone app)
  1. On claude.ai open Customize, then Connectors. In older versions it is Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Give it a name, paste the address and press Add.
  4. In a chat press + and turn the connector on. The phone app uses the connectors you added on the website.

Works on every plan. The free plan allows one such connector.

ChatGPT
  1. Open chatgpt.com on a computer.
  2. Go to Plugins, press + and choose Add custom MCP server. In older versions: Settings, Apps & Connectors, Advanced, turn on Developer mode, then Create.
  3. Give it a name, paste the address and confirm.
  4. In a new chat type @ and choose our shop.

Only some paid plans allow this, and the menu names change often. If you do not see these options, your plan does not allow it yet.

Claude Code

Run this in a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http svetlina-candles https://svetlina-candles-assistant.cgshops.com/t/svetlina-candles/mcp

Then type /mcp in Claude Code if you want to sign in to your account.

Other AI assistants

Any assistant that supports MCP servers can connect, for example Mistral Le Chat, Cursor or VS Code. Look for “add MCP server” or “custom connector” and paste the address.

Good to know

  • Your AI sees only what you tell it and what our shop shows to everyone. It sees your orders only if you sign in to your account.
  • It places an order only after you confirm it. The order is the same as one made on the site, with the same prices and terms.
  • It does not pay for you. If you pay by card, you get a link and pay on the secure payment page.
  • Never give your AI passwords or card details.
